2023 Bragg HTB

We woke up in our fancy $60/night hotel after about 9 hours of solid sleep. Q. How do you feel after finishing the Bragg HTB? A. Like I got lip injections To find out how we got here, let's start at the beginning of this Bragg journey. In September 2020, I was in the best shape of my life as I competed in GORUCK Team Assessment.  I needed something to do next. I always do after a big event. The Bragg Double Heavy was just announced and seemed like the next logical step. My buddy Cullen and I registered and made the trip down, only for me to drop (literally) about 12 hours in after a bad step in the water trench on the pipeline trail, causing my already unstable knee to fully dislocate.  If you don't know me by now, my nickname is Dislocaitlin. I have a congentially deformed knee. I had a reconstruction surgery in 2000, but it failed. I now follow-up
